webresellers
This does suck when someone steals your ideas, concepts, images, data, etc.... We work hard on design and someone comes along and steals it and slaps it on their site in 2 minutes with a couple minor edits. There are a couple of things you can do, like insert you logo or watermarks in some of the images you can do this in... You can encypt your html code with something like codelock v2. You can enable hot link protection to keep people from linking to your images. There are some other things that I am sure others will chime in with....

xxkylexx
Our design was stolen as well -- by another WHMCS user. Sad. http://websolvents.com http://hostelite.net I've also been thieved by a forum user here: "Dominic Quick". Created a website design for his hosting business (Hastings Hosts). He paid, then did a CC chargeback after I sent him everything. Just gets ridiculous sometimes. What can ya do, eh?

bear
Maybe that should be posted as a link to a text file. Blew out the formatting of the board in a huge way as it was. By the way, I didn't "hack" his....it appears to be plain code ATM.
