Client Area not working after upgrade from 5.3 to 6.20

hello,

 

I am using WHMCSDesigns.com FLAT theme for client area and it was working absolutely fine. I have upgraded to WHMCS 6.2.0 and my client area pages stopped working. I have enabled "ALLOW Smarty Tags" option but still its buggy. Client area pages are opening black or partial.

 

WHMCSDesigns.com support is down. Don't know whom to contact.

 

So kindly someone help me.

Hi Ahmad,

 

it's too late to say this now, but ideally you shouldn't have upgraded to v6.2 until you knew you had a template that would work with it - v5.3 and v6.2 are so different, that there was no chance of the v5.3 template working 100%.

 

if you had Private Messaging enabled (which you can't until you've made 5 posts), you could try sending a PM to Brouhaha - you could try sending him an email using the email page... but he hasn't logged in for 8 months, so it may be pointless.

 

the only two other solutions I can think of would be to either revert back to v5.3, or abandon using "Flat" and use another template instead.
