boost Posted December 14, 2015 Share Posted December 14, 2015 Hi, I try make upgrade from 6.1.1 to 6.2 Upgrade fail so I open new ticket in Friday. Since then I got only 2 replays from support and still my whmcs installation is offline. It new standard time for respond to ticket?
