Bossmanuk
Hi Everyone, I am getting an error after updating to version 6.2 of the software. I can't see pdf invoices, can't send invoices or anything to do with PDF's within WHMCS. The error is Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/ttwebhos/public_html/vendor/tecnickcom/tcpdf/include/tcpdf_fonts.php' (include_path='/home/ttwebhos/public_html/vendor/phpseclib/phpseclib/phpseclib:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/ttwebhos/public_html/vendor/tecnickcom/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 115 I have re-uploaded the patch three times but i still get the same error. This is causing massive issues with my billing customers now :-( Thanks Bossmanuk

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 17, 2015 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 17, 2015 Hi, Please ensure the vendor/tecnickcom/tcpdf/include/tcpdf_fonts.php file exists in your server. I came across a case today where the file was being deleted by some kind of server security measure as soon as it was uploaded. You'll likely need to work with your hosting providers/server admin to ensure the file remains in place.
