select or change Module Name in product section

Dear WHMCS,

 

We are having issue that we are not able to select or change Module Name in product section, Whenever we choose cPanel in drop down menu, it loads and give error:

 

Changes Saved Successfully!

Your changes have been saved.

 

Module Name is also not working if we create duplicated product and change server to other, it revert to the previous last server.

 

Please let us know whats the issue.

and how to resolve it.

Hi,

Please ensure that MySQL strict mode is disabled.

 

If that's already the case, please enable Setup > General Settings > Other tab > MySQL debug mode, reproduce the problem, then switch MySQL Debug off.

Next, review Utilities > Logs > Activity Log for any MySQL errors.
