Da1 Posted November 20, 2015 Share Posted November 20, 2015 I'm trying to setup a product of type "Other Product/Service (Auto Release)". I'm using stock control and, on the Module tab, the Module Name of "Auto Release" and the appropriate Server Group. All works as expected except for one thing: After an order is placed, the "Server" entry says "None" on the Client Profile >> Products/Services tab (I was expecting that to show the name of the server associated with the order). How do I see which server an order is associated with? I know WHMCS is tracking this because placing orders and/or cancelling orders make the servers in the Server Group available/unavailable as expected (they're set to just 1 account each).
