Terra Posted November 11, 2015 Share Posted November 11, 2015 I sometimes need to cancel an order but without deleting the associated service, e.g. when a client makes a mistake in upgrading & wants to change the order or has forgotten to use a discount coupon. The documentation states that cancelling an order will terminate all associated services, but how can I cancel an order if I don't wish to do this? Can I disable the automated termination? WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 13, 2015 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 13, 2015 Hi, Navigate to the order details page (Orders > List All Orders > Click Order ID) and use the status dropdown to change the order's status to cancelled.
