Error: Invalid System Template Name

Dear WHMCS forum members,

 

I get the following error: Invalid System Template Name when i try to send an invoice email or open an invoice PDF. (Also the automatic Cronjob doestn't send the invoice emails.)

How to solve this error? I got this error since version 6 of WHMCS.

Hi,

This is related to the name of your template directory within /templates.

 

For the avoidance of any doubt, rename your custom template directory so it contains only numbers and letters.

Then re-select it under Setup > General Settings and click Save Changes.
