Jaffery
Hi, I testing my new WHMCS installation, everything seems to be in place. Have been learning it from a while. Now running version 6.1.1 Issue I am facing that I can't place order at all. If I select a product and then clicks "order now" then it takes me back to same page, however url does change ie. https://my.someDomain.com/cart.php?pid=2 Similarly, https://my.someDomain.com/cart.php?view is also not working. However, if I set "Ajaxcart" as orderform then everything is fine. So other than ajaxcart, I can't place order with any other kind of order form. I have tested with "SIX" theme as well as FIVE theme and also with my custom theme. To add here, I have enabled "php error reporting" from setup-> general settings --> others but see no error in logs. brian!
it's difficult to say without seeing the site, but perhaps it's an incomplete file upload when updating, a clash with an existing js file, or a v5 hook or addon... there could be any number of reasons. Ajaxcart is no longer included with v6, so I assume you've updated from v5.3 and didn't remove any existing files, just upgraded... it's possible there are some old files lingering around that are causing an issue. installing again would be one quick way to try to remedy this... it shouldn't do any harm as you are already using v6.1.1
Jaffery
Yap, I did upgrade from v5.3, I will take you advice and will clean up and upload afresh.. lets see how to goes. Btw, thanks for replying, as mostly this place looks like zombie land pushing customer to buy paid support then on top of that $30 for priority support.. as if they are providing this software for free and earning from paid support and fee.
