Log file FastCGI error and Enom DNS performance issues

Howdy everybody!

I am having a few issues with my WHMCS install, I have it mostly to my liking aside from a few aesthetic changes I want to make to it, but I happen to have a reoccurring error related to several pages in WHMCS.

My base system is Debian 8(Jessie) with ISPConfig 3, I created my site like any other client in ISPConfig and have successfully allowed ion cube on all virtual hosts, I can switch between PHP-FPM and Fast-CGI currently I use Fast-CGI which seems to work quite well overall, I also have the ispcfg3 module configured and aside from bugs in that software it appears to correctly interface with my ISPConfig control panel, I have successfully emulated a purchase and done a few actions in the client area so it doesn't seem to be major but here is a sample error from the log:

[Fri Oct 30 21:11:34.427033 2015] [fcgid:warn] [pid 30540] [client 10.1.10.54:34490] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/clients/client1/web2/web/admin/configproducts.php on line 0, referer: https://pawlakconsulting.us/admin/configproducts.php?action=edit&id=9
[Fri Oct 30 21:11:34.427137 2015] [fcgid:warn] [pid 30540] [client 10.1.10.54:34490] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning:  is_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/clients/client1/web2/web/modules/servers/index.php/index.php.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/clients/client1/web2/web:/var/www/clients/client1/web2/private:/var/www/clients/client1/web2/tmp:/var/www/pawlakconsulting.us/web:/srv/www/pawlakconsulting.us/web:/usr/share/php5:/usr/share/php:/tmp:/usr/share/phpmyadmin:/etc/phpmyadmin:/var/lib/phpmyadmin) in /var/www/clients/client1/web2/web/includes/classes/WHMCS/Module/AbstractModule.php on line 0, referer: https://pawlakconsulting.us/admin/configproducts.php?action=edit&id=9

(Note it appears that I have a LAN IP however I access all my services from the outside, that is I connect to the WAN interface of my hosting firewall via its public IP)

Also it seems to be trying to access a file that isn't in my system, I tried to go to /var/www/clients/client1/web2/web/modules/servers/index.php/ and the actual file index.php was in that directory but there was no index.php directory, would editing the calling file to the correct path fix this issue?

I am also having performance issues with the Enom DNS lookup, I have enabled the API limit to 1000 and limited my DNS pricing list to about 120~ different domains but it still seems to take upwards of 20 seconds to do the DNS lookup entries. Is there any way to speed up the performance of the DNS lookup or do I perhaps have a configuration issue?
