Serenade Posted October 22, 2015 Share Posted October 22, 2015 Getting this to work would solve a lot of headaches as far as order management and sending out unpaid invoice emails. The reason being is that we technically only have one paid product (PID2), but we offer multiple pricing tiers for that product. We've noticed it happens a lot where customers place an order for the product with one pricing tier, don't pay that invoice, and sign up for the same product again with a different pricing tier and completes payment. When this happens, it puts us in a tricky place as far as sending out invoice emails, because if second order is paid for, we don't care if the first order of that product on the different tier is unpaid. This is what we're thinking, we're hoping it can be done with a simple action hook during the order process: If PID-2 order is placed, cancel any existing pending orders (and invoices) for PID-2.
