CCSupport
Hello all, We have started offering different services to clients. These services will begin at the start of each month and will be billed monthly or quarterly. We have an issue...we have create the product services. Set them to bill on the 1st. However, when we add the order we want it to have the start date of the 1st. For instance, I create an order today (21st October), however the service will not begin until the 1st November. We want the client to pay up front and the service begin on the 1st. Is there anything we are missing to get this to work?
CCSupport
Just to add to this....I have tried a good few things and it seems this is not possible. It can be done if it is a manual invoice, however a product/service doesn't seem to have any configuration to have a future start date.
brian!
I don't believe there's any setting you can change to allow this, so you may need to use a third-party addon for this - one possible option might be "Billing Extension"... http://www.whmcs.com/appstore/3882/Billing-Extension.html it probably does far more than you currently need, so perhaps watch the video and ask Kian (the author) in the module's forum thread any questions.
