Change Last Reply from "Days Ago" To A Specific Timestamp

Hello all.

 

I was hoping someone could give me some assistance in accomplishing this. Basically when looking at the tickets, the column Last Reply uses the "time_ago" instead of a specific timestamp. I'd prefer it to say October 18th as opposed to 2d ago. What exactly can I edit to achieve this? Thanks in advance!

I don't believe that you can change it - it's hard-coded and doesn't use a template, so there is nowhere to edit.

 

i've seen a couple of feature requests for it to use a real date over the last two years, but they don't get many votes.
