Hello all. I was hoping someone could give me some assistance in accomplishing this. Basically when looking at the tickets, the column Last Reply uses the "time_ago" instead of a specific timestamp. I'd prefer it to say October 18th as opposed to 2d ago. What exactly can I edit to achieve this? Thanks in advance!
