Live Chat Navbar - Possible to turn off when no one online?

Currently the Live Chat Modules shows "Chat Now" even if no one is on live chat,

 

right next to a "Contact Us" Button, I find it not needed.. and should only be available if someone is available to chat to...

 

can anyone point me in the right direction to make the required changes?

that's going to be a tricky one - I don't use it, but i'm guessing the Live Chat module is encrypted?

 

it looks like it's either using it's own Navbar hook to add an entry to the menu, or more likely it already exists in the navbar code and is enabled when being used.

 

that being the case, you may need to use an action hook to either modify the label, or remove it, based on chat availability... but i'm unsure if you have access to a variable to determine if anyone is available.
