joanscraftworld
I'm getting the same error. All I did was put a link in my settings to point to the logo image I uploaded. I believe the image was too large and I have since changed the size, however, when I look this up it appears to be a cache problem. So can someone instruct how to fix? vortex2000
The fix that I found for this was to put an image file named "placeholder.png" into the directory that showing in the error. This image file should preferably be your company's logo. Hope this helps.
WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted November 13, 2015 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted November 13, 2015 Hi, This suggests that your Invoice PDF template file is out of date. Please copy the /templates/six/invoicepdf.tpl file across into /templates/*your active template*/ directory, overwriting the existing file.
