Hello,

I just installed whmcs to my reseller hosting account. When i am trying to add a product through my whmcs admin (http://dolphinwebhost.com/admin/configproducts.php?action=create) its showing the error when i click on continue

 

Fatal error: Call to a member function getUpgradeProductIds() on a non-object in

 

/home/dolphi20/public_html/admin/configproducts.php on line 0.

 

 

would you please somebody help me so i can solve the issue

Did you solve this problem? What is your PHP version, specific WHMCS version, etc., And what server provisioning modules do you have activated in WHMCS?

I am getting the same mistake . I'm running the latest stable version of php with whmcs v6.0.2

If i duplicate a product i get the same mistake.

Not that issue , i will try to get to version 6.0.1 to see if the issue gets fixed.

can't get to version 6.0.2 but i foound a new mistake in the checkout area.

 

mistake 1 , configproducts _> Fatal error: Call to a member function getUpgradeProductIds() on a non-object in /home/hosterlabs/public_html/aperture/adminfolder/configproducts.php on line 0
