jlprofit
Hi, I can't add new clients. Have tried both manually in admin and by adding a new order in order form but it looks like the data isn't stored in the databas. When I try manually i get the message "Client ID not found". Any suggestions?
Alistair
Go to the following in your Admin panel: - Setup > General Settings > Other (tab) Tick the boxes next to Display Errors and SQL Debug Mode and then save the changes (untick and save when you are finished testing). Try adding your client again (both in the admin panel and as if a client was registering on your front end) and see if any other error message comes up.
jlprofit
Have tried and don't get any error message. It's just not save the input in the database.

PropelMWS
Hello jlprofit, A couple things.. (1) Is this a "Brand new install"? (what version# if so), "A recent upgrade with NO changes?" (aka No third party addons), or a recent upgrade but with third party addons added? (2) A client of mine had this same problem before and it turned out to be "Mod Security + SuHosin" running aggressive rule sets at the same time.. So server security was intercepting the information and blocking it from posting to the database. *You can also do a test my using PHPmyAdmin and adding a client directly to the database. Then login to WHMCS and see if the client shows up. If that works then something (Server Security) is blocking the submission of the new client to the database. Your web host can let you know if Mod-Security and/or SuHosin rules are being triggered. Let me know how it goes.. Best, Trevor~

Codes091
I'm seeing the same issue. Here's what I've tried After restoring a DB backup, I still have the same. Ran a complete restore of all the project files. I've checked for errors in the WHMCS and Apache error logs. I've double-checked that all the data is there. But there are none. After disabling all modules, the error persisted. Solution Then I tried another browser and it seems the issue is due to stale browser cache.
