This has been reported and was given issue: CORE-8663. I would note how we described the Admin interface in 6.0 (from our vsix.whmcs.com microsite):

 

"We have begun implementing responsive behaviour to the admin area too. This is a long term project that will evolve over time, but we're committed to making the admin area responsive too."

 

As you can see the page has taken responsive actions (not the best ones, but responsive actions all the same). What we have done is introduce the backbone of responsive pages (bootstrap3) and addresses some major areas where screensize was a big issue. We expect to improve this on an ongoing basis going forward. We didn't promise a perfectly responsive admin area and if you need to work from the admin interface frequently I would recommend the native applications for iPhone and Android.
