[confirmed - duplicate] Delete Ticket with Attachment

when you try to delete a ticket with an Attachment, you will get an Error: Could not delete file: File path invalid.

 

when you just try to delete the Attachment (just the Attachment not the ticket itself) you will get: Could not delete file: File path invalid.

 

 

the Attachment is displayed and you can also download it but ur not able to delete it!

I was able to delete a ticket attachment from the admin area without issue. Can you update the forum thread with the specific folder locations for attachments you have set and the file names so I can work to reproduce this issue?

we are hosting on windows.... before the update there was no problem

Thanks, I was able to reproduce this issue. It only happens on windows. I confirmed it has already been reported and was tagged as case: 4044. It has been fixed, merged, and is expected to be part of the 5.3.4 release.
