Are using any custom widgets? I am not able to reproduce this on any of my test installs. If you can turn off all of the custom widgets and are still having the problem please open a support ticket so our support team can check this out further.

I'm experiencing a similar issue on the frontend with domain registrations.

 

After a customer searches for a domain, the domain results window does not scroll to allow them to continue. Instead, it disappears into the footer.

I think for these issues we are going to need to examine your installs and look at any custom widgets / theme changes that are going on so we can track this down. Please open support tickets so we can dig into this further.
