Damo
Is anyone using Kayako for their support tickets and knowledgebase and running WHMCS 6?
mezzo
I am, but only integrating the KB. I directed my "contact support" to point to a contact form since I couldn't capture environmental data from the Kayako submit form.
keliix06
I updated our dev environment to 6.0.1 and it completely breaks the Kayako API. v5 running on the same server runs flawlessly, but under v6 there's all kinds of strict standards errors, plus the API doesn't work.

Damo
Hi Aron, Get in contact with the support team at Kayako and they can tweak it as needed to get it working again. It mostly worked for us on the default install.
mcpacific
I downloaded their most recent version at https://forge.kayako.com/projects/whmcs and it works fine with v6 (I'm just upgraded to v6.0.2). I use it for both support tickets and KB. When I had the same problem they told me to do this: Replace: error_reporting(E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE ^ E_WARNING); ===== With: ===== error_reporting(E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE ^ E_WARNING ^ E_STRICT); I also stopped seeing warnings when I turned off (unchecked) Display Errors under Setup > General Settings > Other.
