harrip Posted July 11, 2015 Share Posted July 11, 2015 (edited) Hi When customers place orders with the new release of WHMCS, they get to an order acknowledgement page and receive an email confirmation, but that is literally all that happens. I do not receive any order notification and when I search on the order number it is not showing as recorded. I have "Automatically take the user to the invoice" selected within WHMCS, but this is not happening. I've tried several 'order themes' all with the same result. Similar thing happens when I manually enter an order. I get a message on screen "Order not found... Exiting..." and the customer gets an order acknowledgment. Temporarily enable the Setup > General Settings > Other tab > MySQL Debug options, place an order, switch MySQL Debug off.
