teksun Posted July 9, 2015 Share Posted July 9, 2015 I have some free files that should only be downloadable by clients so the files are hidden from the downloads section. If I select "Tick this box to only allow logged in clients permission to download it" the user gets stuck in a login loop. I also have a paid upgrade version of the file set up as a product addon. Again if I click "Tick this box to only allow logged in clients permission to download it" or "Tick this box if this download should only be available after a product or addon purchase" the client get stuck in a login loop when trying to download the upgraded file.
