xlogic Posted July 4, 2015 Share Posted July 4, 2015 Hi, the mail of the customer feedback comes, but when the customer clicks on the link: mysite/clientarea/viewticket.php?tid=173319&c=4u4ypxEn&feedback=1 It is redirected to a empty page in the customer area. Posted July 5, 2015 Share Posted July 5, 2015 perhaps the template is missing - the activity log might show something... the specific template is "ticketfeedback.tpl" - if you're using a custom theme (e.g Dash) and it's missing, you should probably contact the author... as a temporary fix, you may be able to use the template file from the "default" or "portal" theme. if you are using a custom theme, and you switch to using "Default", then if the feedback link works, it should tell you the cause is probably the missing template file. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
