vbatra Posted June 13, 2015 Share Posted June 13, 2015 Hello All, I am quite new to WHMCS, so far it looks very good and easy to configure. I have come across a problem of showing notifications in the header (top) of the admin area for administrators, it works fine for me (full admin) but not for administrators In the full admin it shows the notification with numbers but for administrator it does not shows any number there Am I doing something wrong? Posted June 14, 2015 Share Posted June 14, 2015 go to setup -> staff management -> administrative roles and select "Administrator"... in the "Permissions" blcok of checkboxes, it sounds like "Sidebar Statistics" is unchecked - if you check this box, then the adminstrators should be able to see the same values that you can. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
