Expenses per order

Hi, I've contacted the WHMCS support using facebook page, but I was asked to contact support using the forum for further assistance.

I hope someone could help me with that.

Here is the question that I've asked:

"Hi, I have a question regarding an option. I have services that I sell, but each services costs me expenses. For example, I sell for 10$ and the expenses are 5$. Is it possible to insert into the product when I create it on WHMCS, that forever purchase of the product, I earn 10$ but also 5$ are added as expenses? If not, Is it possible for me to somehow change the WHMCS software installed on my website, and cause it to do it, by hiring a programmer? Thanks."

well these forums aren't official support channels - you'd have to open a support ticket for that, but they wouldn't help with customisation anyway, so you've come to the right place!

Thanks, I will try to use this information and work it out!

I have an additional question if you may,

Regarding billing of my customers, Some hosting companies like Godaddy/iPage, use a specific function of paypal, to preapprove payments by the user, then they are able to charge the customers everytime, without having them to approve the charge and to go into each invoice and pay it by paypal.

How is it possible to do it on WHMCS, and cause the customers to subscribe and to autocharge them X amount of money each month?

Thanks!

that sounds like you're talking about PayPal Billing Agreements...
