How to bill someone an extra amount and it goes out of paypal

Hi

 

I have a client who pays £5 for example a month

 

He now wants some extra services which will take it up to £6 for example a month.

 

How do i add that extra £1 on to this account and then make it so paypal automatically takes it out each month as he has a subscription set up with me at the moment with paypal.

Merchants cant change the amount on a subscription - so cancel the exitsing one, and they can cretae a new one when they pay next

We used to have that issue, and it SUX. We then switched to using the paypal billing agreement module and we no longer use subscriptions, we store a token just like Authnet CIM and changes are handled on the fly when the invoice is due

Add the $1 as an addon to the service, matching the renewal dates to the service renewal dates. Then switch over to the paypal billing agreement module as merlinpa1969 mentioned.
