Totally Blank Module Create Error

Hi Everyone,

 

I am new to WHMCS and I have a strange error, hopefully someone can help.

 

I have setup a Hosting module from my wholesaler and every time I try to order a new hosting package I get the following message:

 

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 3 - Error: . Error code:

 

there is no error code or error message, it just says there was an error.

 

As a side note, the registrar side of this (with the same wholesale company) is all working perfectly. I can order new domains, transfers cancellations... all seems fine.

 

also, my wholesaler provides me a list of the API log information and it appears there is nothing being logged in the API log so i am not sure my WHMCS site is even communicating when ordering hosting.

 

anyway hopefully someone has see then and can help out.
