Displaying customise description for the configurable option in the product configuration page

Hi,

 

We have added a new configurable option in the Product/Services section. We want to display a customer description to this option in the Product configuration page. We have tried by editing the configureproduct.tpl template but it applies to all the available configuration options. (See the screenshot). How we can display a description with the configurable option in the order form.
