hey Guys,

How do we deliver project files to clients in WHMCS?

We did check Project Management addon, and it cannot be used to deliver Project files to the client.

For example, we run Graphic Design Agency, so we need a Module to deliver the project files to the client.

We checked the market place too...

But there is no addon I could find.

Can anyone reply with a soultion.

How do we deliver Project files to client in WHMCS?

Best regards

it depends on exactly what you mean by "deliver".

there is an option in the Client Profile (in the Admin Area) that allows you to upload files to the server for specific clients - they can then log into their own Client Area and download the files.

http://docs.whmcs.com/Clients:Summary_Tab#Files

The files section in a client's summary allows you to upload files specific to that customer.

  • This can be used for documents, agreements or other downloads specific to the individual
  • Files can be set as Admin Only to only be viewed by admins, otherwise they show on the Client Area Homepage for the client to be able to download
  • Files are uploaded to the /attachments directory and can be added and managed from the Client Summary page in the admin area
