mauro e
Hi, i'm fairly sure currencies were working fine, and i'm not sure why this is happening now. I have GBP as my standard currency, and i've added a couple more. When checking products i can see all currency selectors but when clicked nothing happens. It looks like it only reloads the page, but i can only see gbp prices. the URL however seems to be correctly build, with the right currency code. Thank you for any help you can give me to fix this Mauro
sentq
you need to set the price for all of your services in all currencies
brian!
sentq is quite right - either set the prices manually for your products in the other currencies, or enable the Currency Auto Update automation settings and the prices should be calculated daily when the cron runs. http://docs.whmcs.com/Automation_Settings#Currency_Auto_Update_Settings
mauro e
thank you guys. unfortunately i've done all that. as i said, it was working. i was thinking more of an inconsistency in the db
brian!
Mauro, I would suggest uploading the latest WHMCS version again - perhaps it's just one or more files that haven't uploaded correctly. actually, before doing that - switch to another order-form template (try a few!) and see if the same problem occurs with them - if it works with another template, then you will know your current template is the issue... if it doesn't, then the problem lies elsewhere - perhaps will a corrupt file, a dodgy action hook... if you think it's a db inconsistency, then you're probably best off opening a support ticket and letting them inspect the db - but i'd suggest that you rule out the above first before contacting them.
