Domain value is not valid

Hi guys,

 

Have read through other people's similar issues but cannot resolve our specific version.

 

When a person orders through our form:

/https://manage.hostify.com.au/cart.php

 

and adds a domain name, they receive the 'Domain value is not valid' message:

I have a few TLDs configured to work via the WHMCS settings:

ie: .com, .com.au and .net.au

 

I have the TLDs in lowercase and a price applied.

 

Any ideas on what else could be causing the issue?

I would be interested to know if you have any field validation on the product customfield "Domain" - that often generates the "value is not valid" error message...

if I type in "fred.com" it doesn't work and throws the above error... if I type in "fred", it goes through without a problem... so validation is definitely what I would look at first..
