Hi!

I keep running into an error (as seen in the title thread) when trying to purchase a hosting server from my hosting site. So, I purchased a web-hosting reseller program and a WHMCS license. I setup WHMCS on my own site and configured it all correctly. Then added my server details in for automatic deployment. How ever, everytime I go to purchase a web-hosting package it gives me this error;

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 1 - Error: (Curl Error) Couldn't resolve host '' - code: 6

Service ID: 1 being the name of my server. Things I've tried;

1. Made sure the host name is correct. (I use the link I use to log into the WHM site provided by the company i bought the reseller license off of)

2. Made sure I use the correct IP (The one where my reseller server is hosted from)

3. Clicked the WHM button and it connects fine (on the server page)

4. Edited the package on my WHMCS to select from that server

5. Made sure the package exists on both WHMCs and WHM for my reseller server.

6. Made sure the port it uses (2087 and 2086) are both open and functional.

Contact my server provider and they say everything is looking fine on the server end, so maybe I've set it up wrong in the WHMCS part?

Currently I have it set as;

Hostname - cPanel link that the reseller host provided

IP - IP of the server that the WHM is on

Name servers - Set these as my cloudflare ones for my domain and the IP address as the one where my hosting site is hosted on.

Anyone have an idea where I might have gone wrong?
