How to make individual customer exempt from auto account suspensions

As already been said above. You will need to go into the specific Client Profile > Products/Services > Select each product and look for this:

Stick a tick in the box. I am unsure whether it will work leaving the date as all zeros or if you need to put a date in far into the future. Either way you should be good to go.
