zomex Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 (edited) Hello everyone, I'm looking at adding PayPal Express Checkout which has some nice benefits such as populating the address automatically but having tested it I can see it being confusing to customer's. For example the customer adds their item to the cart, they get to the cart summary page and click on the PayPal button, they login and then are redirected to the checkout page with their address already filled in (fantastic) but the payment options are displayed again including the normal PayPal module which I need to keep active for various reasons. This is quite confusing as there is now 2 PayPal options + other options even though they've already logged-in to PayPal. ---- Are you using Express Checkout and if so have you made any modifications to the checkout process and/or seen any confusion from customer's?
