Adding new domains to domain pricing

I seem to recall a response from one of the support guys to a similar question and I don't think there is any limit on the number of TLDs you can add to Domain Pricing... the problem is probably caused by a server setting - perhaps a PHP memory issue...

if you go to the activity log (utilities -> Logs -> Activity Log) does it show any errors?

No errors in the activity log, only the standard system updates.

try the following checklist (taken from https://www.eukhost.com/forums/f27/add-domain-tlds-configuration-domain-pricing-11369/)

i) Check the php.ini settings which might be restricting it

ii) The server might have SUHOSIN installed which is limiting the number of fields in a form submission

iii) Check following entries and increase the limits:-

a) suhosin.request.max_vars = xxx

b) suhosin.post.max_vars = xxx.

c) suhosin.max_array_depth = xxx

d) suhosin.max_vars = xxx

http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?89206-WHMCS-Domain-TLD-setup&p=375686#post375686

Can you customize your php.ini file? If yes, increase max_input_vars to 5000 which is set by default to 1000.

also, this isn't the support post I was thinking of, but the following from Matt may be of use to you as a last resort...

http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?8956-Limit-to-Number-of-TLDs&p=48309#post48309

There's no limit imposed by WHMCS, but more and more people seem to be running into the browser post size limit of 2000 characters when adding TLDs. If you've reached that with the TLDs entered so far the only option for adding more is directly through phpMyAdmin to the tbldomainpricing table.

Hi, thanks for the tips, but still the same problem!

then it may be worth opening a ticket with support for them to take a closer look at your system - it's obviously a misconfiguration somewhere, but difficult to locate at a distance.

personally, i'd re-install the version you're using again and hope that it's just a missing/corrupt file causing it.

Hi,

I have opened a ticket with support and and they believe it may be the suhosin settings.

I don`t know the values for suhosin so I have set the following, but nothing help!

suhosin.request.max_vars = 6000

suhosin.post.max_vars = 6000

suhosin.max_array_depth = 6000

suhosin.max_vars = 6000

I have also uploaded all files from the full version 6.02, changed template, changed whoisservers.php, changed additionaldomainfields.php

All domains who is available ( dgfsegfews.wrwfw - jytjytrjyrt.gregg ) getting a price ( the same for all ) that no other domains have, so I do not understand where this comes from.
