fdcom Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 Good Afternoon, I am running version 5.3.11 of WHMCS and have the Main In Payments option set to not show on order form. No matter what I have done (changing themes etc) all of the payment options are visable on the order form. Is this a bug in 5.3.11 or something I am doing wrong? Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 Hi Justin, take a look at your Product Groups settings - I think they override the Payment Gateway settings and all active gateways are available for products in that group unless unticked... http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services#Product_Groups Use the tick boxes to select which payment gateways will be offered on the checkout page to pay for products within this group. so if you go to your product group settings, and untick the "Mail In Payment" checkbox, that should prevent it from being shown on the order form. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is definitely preventing me from upgrading, as I have a couple "hidden" payment gateways I use for mail in payments, and bank transfers. While these are assigned to select clients, I don't want them showing up as an option for all. So, they have to be enabled, but hidden.
