WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 7, 2015 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 7, 2015 Hi, Please check your Utilities > Email Marketer Rules. It sounds like one may have been configured to send the password rest email to all your clients on a regular basis.
thevisad
+1 that's exactly what it was, thank you. I guess when I originally set it up I was checking out the Email marketer and created an email that was set to automated password reset. There should be an option on the email marketer to specify the maximum number of times to send to an individual user to prevent this sort of thing. Since there were no limiters, it triggered everytime the cron went off. HNGamers
