can't create any record ( customer - ticket - order )

Hello,

I'm using Whmcs v 5.3.10 now. for a while I used 5.2 without any problem. now I upgrade my server and also whmcs to 5.3.10.

but in new environment, when I try to add new customer - new order or ticket, I notice that it can't create new record. in activity log, I see for example new user created id = 0, but now record add to clients table and therefore now data shows on page.

When I try to add new staff, I got a successful message, but it doesn't really add a record to admin table.

I tried to add manually records I can do it using phpMyadmin without any problem.

 

then I try a new fresh install ( not upgrade ) in last step when it must create admin, it shows successful installation but it can't add admin record to my database and I can't login to whmcs admin area.

 

I'm using Debian 7, php 5.3.

Any idea how can I find a solution for this problem?

Hi,

Please ensure that MySQL Strict Mode is disabled, and that the auto_increment attribute it set on the tblclients.id field.
