TnMountainMan
Greetings, Firstly, I apologize because i should not even have to post here but my new hosting company is not responding to me and I have NOT given them any kind of reason what so ever to ignore me and since I've purchased my WHMCS license through them as part of my hosting, I cannot use your support desk here (no log in credentials from WHMCS since I didn't lease directly from you). See screenshot of results here: /http://1lnk.us/ss/-00668.png They (my hosting company) provided me a new license key and a link to go to so I could install the new key. All it does is tell me it's an invalid key. Now I've tried with five different browsers and then attempted on 3 out of the other four computers we have so some have never ever seen this info before. Same result. Could someone here from WHMCS contact me privately so I can provide you the info and you can try it or see if it's actually a valid key. If you're not a direct employee (support person) of WHMCS, please disregard the contacting me part. Other wise, anyone have any ideas of what else i can try? Thank you, Best regards, Randall K
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 8, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 8, 2014 Hi, If your licence was provided by a reseller you may contact us directly for technical support at http://www.whmcs.com/resellersupport/ Licence related issue should still be directed to your reseller. However to address your question, the contents of the Categories dropdown is populated based upon your product groups configured inside WHMCS. You can adjust them in the admin area by navigating to Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services.
