I want to add new hosting packages to WHMCS but have learnt that it cannot happen without connecting a WHM or Plesk server. For the time being I only want to use WHMCS as a billing system, is it possible to manually create the products? Posted December 2, 2014 Share Posted December 2, 2014 it only needs a WHM/Plesk etc server details if you want to automate the process (e.g create the hosting account on the server when invoice is paid etc)... if you just want to use it for billing and/or manual hosting account activation, you can set the products up as normal but choose "None" in the Module tab - you can follow the procedure in the video below, but in your case there is no need for the bits involving cpanel.
