Hello Brouhaha,

 

When are you going to answer the support tickets, one that's been open for months that you were responding to but then stopped over a month ago and another that's been open for over a week that no one has responded to.

 

I paid for the extended support and received a broken theme now 2 days ago I received an invoice for more extended support.

 

Dash theme has issues that need to be fixed and it appears now your website WHMCS is down for days which I am thinking is why I received the invoice but it would be good for you to address the issues sometime soon.
