ChuckB Posted October 5, 2007 Share Posted October 5, 2007 I have the feature in the configuration ticked: Tick this box to allow only registered clients to open support tickets I was hoping it would pass back a "Sorry your Email Address was not recognized" type email back if it was not found for a customer - is this a feature/function I a missing, or is it something I need to add as a feature request? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
