whmreco Posted November 2, 2014 Share Posted November 2, 2014 Hi everyone, I setup a Sandbox account on authorize.net and tried to capture a payment using the authorize.net module in WHMCS. No luck with that, I get following error: Invoice ID => 2420 User ID => 3408 Amount => 100.00 Response Code => 3 Response Subcode => 2 Response Reason Code => 13 Response Reason Text => (TESTMODE) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive. Approval Code => 000000 AVS Result Code => P Transaction ID => 0 Amount => 100.00 Transaction Type => auth_capture MD5 Hash => AEA326B86D56B508B70AC7358D8E4EBA I also tried without "Testmode" checked.
