mlew2
Hi, I want to talk in a ticket with two customers. How can this be? Never tried this but likely NOT possible but don't take my word for it, unless 2 people in same account
thehatip
But this is very important. How is that possible? It's not just the ticket, is it possible with another system? Such as a forum.
brian!
I don't think you can talk to multiple customers in this way... perhaps if one customer had a support ticket, when replying to them, you could cc to the other customer... http://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Tickets#Options Sometimes it may be useful for additional people to receive copies of the email messages in this ticket, to achieve that enter their email addresses in the CC Recipients field. Multiple recipients can be entered in a comma separated list eg. jeff@example.com,bob@example.com
thehatip
But how is this done? can also be another method. this is very necessary for me.
Alex - Arvixe
Are these actually 2 separate customers or a single "customer" but with 2 representatives? If they're both with the same company, I'm thinking sub-accounts could be used to achieve this?
