snake
A couple of issues we are having with fraud orders. We use Maxmind. 1. it seems that any customer from another country or who is using an international card gets rejected as fraud by WHMCS, even those the risk score that comes back from maxmind is incredibly low and not considered risky at all. For example, a risk score of only 1.82 was rejected as fraud by WHMCS. anyone know why it is doing this, as there are no additional settings under fraud protection. secondly, even though the orders are rejected as fraud, WHMCS still create an active account, which they can login to. This has resulted in some hacking attempts, where the user logs in and updates his profile with SQL injection attempts. Is there any way to tell WHMCS not disable users with fraudulent orders ?
