GrayHunter
Hello! Could you please advice me something about autoresponses? The problem is that when my WHMCS sends emails to my clients I get new support tickets because of client's autoresponses (I use piping). Is it possible to make autoresponces not to create tickets in any way? Regards, Eugene.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 10, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 10, 2014 Hi, WHMCS will automatically block autoresponder loops, but you can decrease the tolerance under Setup > General Settings > Support tab: http://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Tab#Ticket_Reply_Email_Limit
GrayHunter
Thank you! And how many letters you think will be ok? I am afraid of good letters - what will happen with them? Some clients answers very quickly...
