One WHMCS for 2 different service types / companies

ghh

Question

Hi

I do web hosting and web design - most of the customers are the same so I'd like to use WHMCS to handle billing for both. However these two services are sold under two different companies so it is possible to send out manual invoices with one invoice / address etc and send out automatic invoices for hosting to the same customer?

I was thinking about buying the Project Management add on - would this make things more complicated / simpler / or just avoid totally?

Thanks

you can easily have WHMCS installed and licenced to one company and then set up products that you sell over both of your brands and then link the products on brand B to the order link you have for that product in your WHMCS. all you need to do is on the brand B site state something link ' all billing and management services will be handled by our other brand A'

I'd also say take a look at Modulesgarden's multibrand system HOWEVER, I haven't heard good reviews for it so far. Probably best to check out the trial to ensure it can accommodate your needs if you do decide to purchase it.

Otherwise linking to WHMCS (and specifying the template, currency etc in the link) should work nicely.
