iWHMCS: Most clients don't show up when creating a ticket for an existing client

Steps to reproduce:

 

1. Choose "Create Ticket" in iWHMCS

2. Choose Ticket for existing client

3. My list of clients is incomplete and includes many that are inactive and closed accounts. I see exactly 25 clients in the list with no way to search/filter or go to another page.

 

Shouldn't that interface for listing clients behave identically to the Clients tab in the app where it doesn't bring up any clients (for performance reasons I assume) and I have to search to find who I want?

 

Note that the same issue occurs when I follow these directions, but instead choosing "Create Invoice" at step #1

Hey jas8522,

 

I was also able to replicate this issue.

 

While this is normal operation due to the api call used to get the clients defaulting it's results to 25, I do find it a flaw in the software.

 

I have opened up case 5238 with our developers for review.

 

I do not know when this issue will be resolved unfortunately.

 

As a work around, you could open a ticket from the client's profile in the iWHMCS app.
